Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Maestro and Johnna Marie gift cards. Taxes may apply. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Johnna Marie takes active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor and do not keep full credit card information on record.

Q: Do you accept payment installments?

A: No, because of the custom nature of our garments, we require full payment at the time your order is placed—before manufacturing begins. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Our standard manufacturing time to create any order is 6-8 weeks—while we offer expedited shipping options, the manufacturing time cannot be rushed. Perfection takes time!

Q: I do not live in the U.S. Can I still order?

A: Absolutely! We ship all over the world. Please contact us for rates and delivery timelines for your specific location.

Q: Can I order fabric swatches of available colors?

A: Of course! We are happy to send you fabric swatches because this is the best way to view the color and texture options for your suits. Just order a fabric swatch kit and we'll send it out, free of charge.

Q: I am a plus size (or petite, or tall size). Do you make anything for me?

A: Why yes we do! Many of our clients have special sizing needs, whether they are tall, plus, petite, apple, pear—you get the idea. This is one of the primary reasons that we created Johnna Marie.

Q: Is there any additional charge for special sizing?

A: No way! We create every garment to your measurements.

Q: Help! I don’t know my measurements.

A: You're in luck! It's a cinch to get your measurements and start the ordering process. Review the Your Perfect Fit page for instructions—scroll down to Your Measurements.

Q: Do you offer a corporate service?

A: Johnna Marie offers companies and organizations a fun and easy way to get to know us— through our Measure Me parties. Don’t worry, we’ll help you set it up and deliver a trusted tailor to your door. We will then enter your measurements into your own online profile which makes reordering a breeze. Please contact us to organize.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: All deliveries are made using UPS. Your tracking number can be located by logging into your Johnna Marie account. With this tracking number, you can track the status of your order on www.ups.com.

Q: Does Johnna Marie ship to Post Office boxes?

A: We do not ship to PO boxes or forwarding addresses.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive and how much will it cost?

A: Johnna Marie’s estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country. We aim to deliver all orders within 4-6 weeks worldwide. Please see our chart below for delivery time and fee details. *Note that international orders are subject to your country’s customs and duties fees.
