Nothing tastes better than fresh food! Eating seasonal produce and locally produced meats are not only great for your body but can also reduce strain on the environment and your pocket book. One of the easiest ways to maintain your weight is to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet. I know what you are thinking: “Boring!” But when you eat more of the good stuff it crowds out the bad stuff–making weight maintenance a breeze!

! Use the 80/20 rule. I like to eat really clean during the week so I can have a glass of wine or dessert on the weekend. This allows me to indulge a little without having to squeeze into my trousers
on Monday morning!
